Clay Pots is a non-profit community center that is making Baltimore more valuable by providing GED classes, hosting a peaceful environment for a coffeehouse   and an oasis from the urban stress in our peace garden as well as a plethora of activities and skill building programs as needed and funded. 


Clay Pots seeks applicants for a half-time position of assistant director. Applicants should have an educational background that provides knowledge and experience of non-profit management, grant-writing, and fundraising. They should also have computer experience and the ability to produce publications. Applicants should value and exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills. They should also possess a knowledge of and interest in Baltimore City. Interest and experience in social justice work is preferred.

 

 Annual Compensation: 20,000
